How we use it
We use your details to answer quote requests, schedule shoots, deliver files, and follow up on work you asked for. We do not sell contact lists. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing lists.
How the form is delivered
Quote requests on this site are sent by email on this server to flight@heitmannproductions.com. Reply-To is set to the address you enter so Travis can answer you directly.
Hosting and logs
The website is hosted on standard web hosting. The host may keep basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and job details as long as needed to finish the work and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to update or remove contact details that are no longer needed.
Your choices
Email flight@heitmannproductions.com or call (406) 871-5871 if you want a copy of what we have on file for you, or if you want contact details removed when they are no longer needed for a job.
